How do I complete a bus card recharge?
Open the recharge page, enter your 16-digit serial, choose an AED amount, add your email, and submit. A manager contacts you within 24 hours.
How long does processing take?
After you submit, a manager follows up within 24 hours to finish the top-up. Timing after that depends on card systems outside this site.
How does Hafilat card balance check work here?
The balance page is a sample tool. After you enter a valid 16-digit number it always shows AED 1.50 so you can try the flow, then continue to top up.
What amounts can I request?
Presets include AED 20, 30, 50, 100, and 150. You may also enter a custom amount between AED 10 and 500.
Which transit cards do you support?
This helper is for Abu Dhabi Hafilat bus cards. Enter the 16-digit serial from the back of your card.
Is it safe to enter my card serial?
We only ask for the serial, amount, and email on the recharge step. Prefer HTTPS in production and contact security@hafilatreload.org if something feels off.
